"Even though I knew my way around the gym and had gone for years, when Art became my trainer I was brought to another level. He showed me not only new techniques for reaching my goal of building muscle and getting stronger, but was there with me every step of the way. He paid notice of past injuries, the sport I used to play and developed a program around my strengths and weaknesses. He also helped me to reach much higher levels of intensity in the gym which had a profound and lasting effect on my approach to resistance training." ~ Dominic Tarantino
